Mistakes happen, but it’s what we take from them that matters! 1. Have everything
you need for the ACT ready by the night before with something you never forgot (i.e.
keys, wallet, phone). 2. Check your sent folder after sending an email to confirm
it’s been sent. You can send a follow-up email for confirmation 2-3 days later if
you haven’t heard back. Most importantly, never wait till the last minute to request
important documents. 3. Always, always, ALWAYS reread and make final edits before
submitting scholarship applications. 4. Give yourself plenty of time to request letters
of recommendation, and read all submission requirements thoroughly/multiple times.
